Crotched Mountain is seeking people with a passion for helping others. As a Direct Support Professional (sometimes known as a Direct Service/Care Worker) you will have the daily reward of supporting individuals with disabilities achieve their independence. Job duties include recreation activities, meal preparation, job coaching and personal care.

We provide extensive training so no experience is necessary. If you have the heart we can provide you with the rest!

We have multiple positions available in the Monadnock Region. Full and part time schedules are available. Students and parents with school age children are encouraged to apply! Full health benefits (including dental) available for employees working 30 hours per week. Paid time off for all full and part time employees.
