Crotched Mountain Foundation’s HUD subsidized housing program offers safe, quality residential living opportunities for lower-income older adults and individuals with special needs at three locations.

Crotched Mountain manages these three different apartment communities. The housing units are accessibly designed and affordably priced.

Rental rates are based on 30% of a person’s adjusted income and includes heat, hot water, and electricity.
