And like the fiery reds, blazing oranges, and bright yellows that dot the New Hampshire horizon, your generosity and support of Crotched Mountain Foundation is truly a sight to behold.

CMF Kids Grows!
For over three years, CMF Kids has been a true force for good in the world of community-based special education. With your support, we were able to partner with school districts in New Hampshire’s poorest communities and help over 1,000 children with complex disabilities find a path to greater independence and success!
CMF Kids also helps kids thrive outside of school through initiatives with other community provider. An example is our friend Manny, pictured above, who was able to experience specialized one-on-one swim lessons through the Granite Y and made possible by CMF Kids and your support!
Rebuilding Lives!
Susan is a client of Crotched Mountain Community Care, which provides case management to nearly 800 adults with special needs and chronic illness across New Hampshire. In 2021, Susan barely escaped an apartment fire with her life – but lost everything else. Thankfully, she was supported by her Crotched Mountain case manager, Marge, who helped bring local resources and agencies together to find her an apartment earlier this year. Thanks to you, Susan’s life restarted anew!
100 Years Transforming Lives. We’re Ready for the Next 100!
In the changing seasons there are transitions all around us – some good (like Crotched Mountain Foundation’s region-wide programs for children and adults with disabilities) and some unfortunate (like the recent news that Legacy by Gersh, who took over operations in Greenfield, are closing the school), and we’re reminded that – though 100 years of changes – support from friends like you continues to fuel the many essential programs of Crotched Mountain Foundation.
