HUD Vaccine Clinic Combats COVID-19

The life-saving vaccine came to Crotched Mountain Foundation’s McIntyre School Apartments, a HUD housing complex located at Whitefield, NH. Crotched Mountain’s HUDs provide affordable housing options for lower-income older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Coordinated by the North Country Health Consortium, the vaccine clinic delivered the COVID-19 vaccine to 18 people.

“We are all very appreciative for everyone’s cooperation in facilitating this project,” said Suzanne French, the Property Manager for McIntyre apartments.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has been especially treacherous for people with disabilities and medical needs,” said Ned Onley, President and CEO of Crotched Mountain Foundation. “This vaccine clinic was a wonderful example of our commnity coming together and quite literally helping save lives.”
