CMF Kids partners with New Hampshire school districts to strengthen special education programs and improves educational outcomes for children with complex disabilities.

Anchor Award Fast Facts
- The CMF Kids School District Anchor Award Program is by invitation only.
- CMF Kids School District Anchor Program is a three-year partnership opportunity for eligible school districts to advance special education initiatives that help to build sustainable, long-term special education capacity for the school district.
- Annually, CMF Kids invites approximately a dozen school districts from around New Hampshire to submit proposals for special education partnership awards.
- Invited school districts represent New Hampshire’ poorest communities with free and reduced meals percentages greater than 45% and identified students with disabilities being 20% or greater of the total school/district population.
- If selected, awardees are eligible to receive up to $100,000 a year for the three-year partnership or a maximum total of $300,000.

Quick Impact Program
The CMF Kids School District Quick Impact Award Program is a one-year partnership opportunity for school districts with an immediate resource need to meet the needs of students with disabilities. Awards are up to $10,000, given on a rolling basis and contingent upon funds availability.
The Quick Impact Program is open to any school district in New Hampshire seeking a quick solution to address programmatic, instructional or capital needs need that will improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
Quick Impact awards are provided in three specific areas:
- Infrastructure Improvements: To assist schools in modifying or creating environments to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
- Equipment: To support schools in acquiring specialized equipment to facilitate inclusive learning environments, improvements in activities of daily living, recreation, and community engagement.
- Technologies: To help schools in providing the most up-to-date technologies to meet the academic needs of students with disabilities.

Community-Based Organization Partnership Program
CMF Kids partners with community-based organizations around NH whose missions align with Crotched Mountain Foundation and advance community-based opportunities for children with disabilities to be actively involved in inclusive programs within their communities.
CMF Kids also loves to partner with community-based organizations in communities where we have school-based partnerships for wrap around supports and services. Community-based partnership grants range from $5,000 - $15,000 a year.
