Funding includes a 15-passenger accessible van to increase access to community-based learning, vocational experiences, and post-secondary readiness opportunities. CMF Kids' support for the Special Education Teaching Residency Program has helped with the recruitment and retention of highly qualified educators working with students with disabilities. In addition, infrastructure enhancements have include upgraded playgrounds and specialized equipment for preschoolers to ensure safe, accessible, and inclusive early learning environments.

Support for a Special Education Teacher Residency Program designed to strengthen the educator workforce through a partnership between Manchester School District and St. Anselm College. The residency prepares bachelor's-level educators to earn special education teaching credentials while completing classroom-based training and mentorship. Resident teachers will be placed in three elementary schools and one high school, helping build a sustainable pipeline of highly qualified special educators to support students with disabilities.

This districtwide effort aims at strengthening reading competency for all students, including students with disabilities, by expanding high-quality, inclusive literacy instruction. Additional professional development has strengthened staff knowledge and skills for implementation of these new academic gameplans, supporting an inclusive and effective classroom learning approach for elementary students with disabilities and beyond.

Funding provides professional development for teachers and paraprofessionals, supports the design and implementation of a suspension reduction toolkit, and enhances district capacity to implement evidence-based practices that promote student achievement, positive behavioral supports, and greater access to inclusive learning environments.

This ambitious three-year infrastructure initiative will expand and renovate the French Pond School in Woodsville, NH, an alternative middle school program for students with disabilities. The expansion will increase classroom capacity, support the return of students from out-of-district placements, and strengthen academic, social, and emotional outcomes for learners with diverse needs.
