Logan's Giving Fund for Autism
The Logan's Giving Fund for Autism provides families support by directly paying their child’s service provider for services and treatment they would otherwise not be able to afford. Resource awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 and are contingent upon the availability of funds.
Families selected for a resource award will be notified by CMF Kids via email. Please email cmfkids@crotchedmountain.org with any questions.
Areas of funding support include but are not limited to: out of pocket expenses associated with necessary autism services or treatment such as Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, speech, occupational, music therapy, and social skills groups.
Eligibility
- Families of children with autism ages (2 – 7 years) of age with proof of an autism diagnosis from the primary care provider
- Families of children with autism who are actively enrolled or seeking to enroll with a service provider to receive treatment or services identified above
- While there is not an income level cap, family incomes below $100,000 per year will be reviewed first and given priority
