Esteemed New Hampshire special education professional joins Foundation leadership
Crotched Mountain Foundation (CMF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Bergeron-Beaulieu, M.Ed., to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Bergeron-Beaulieu is the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Association of Special Education Administrators (NHASEA) and brings with her to Crotched Mountain Foundation more than 30 years of experience designing, managing, and leading education projects in the state.
In her role with the NHASEA, she supports the leaders and systems of New Hampshire special education, working directly with school districts and policy makers on initiatives and projects. Prior to her role with the NHASEA, Bergeron-Beaulieu served as a special educator and special education administrator in the public school system, as well as an education consultant.
“My career has been dedicated to the children and youth of NH, especially those who have learning differences,” says Jane Bergeron-Beaulieu. “I am excited to be serving on the CMF Board as it brings forward another opportunity to support New Hampshire’s educational communities in meeting the most complex needs of our children and youth. Building partnerships, opening up lines of communication with educational communities will only result in improved learning opportunities for all kids, including those with exceptionalities.”
“We could not be more thrilled to have Jane join our Board,” said Ned Olney, President and CEO of Crotched Mountain Foundation. “She is truly a perfect fit for Crotched Mountain’s mission of offering a lifelong alliance to people with disabilities. And with the launch of CMF Kids, our community-based special education grant program, Jane’s experience and expertise will be invaluable.”
