A district initiative to enhance accessibility and inclusion for preschoolers and students with disabilities. This includes a fully accessible playground that supports motor development, social interaction, and inclusive play, as well as an accessible van for older students that provides expanded opportunities for community-based learning, including volunteering, field trips, and employment exploration.
Fostering Inclusive Education - Colebrook, Stewartstown, Pittsburg School Districts
A three-year initiative focused on building collaborative and inclusive education across the district. This includes professional development in mental health, trauma, and supporting students with challenging behaviors, training on co-teaching models, and strategies to enhance student success. Infrastructure support includes accessibility modifications and specialized equipment to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
Strengthening Teachers, Encouraing Belonging - Conway School District
Conway School District – Inclusive Learning & Educator Development (2025 – 2028)
Fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students feel a sense of belonging and are actively engaged. This initiative equips educators with tools, targeted interventions, and professional development in inclusive practices and collaborative teaching to strengthen educator effectiveness, enhance family-school partnerships, and support independence and success for students with disabilities, including those with complex needs.
Social Skills for Future Success - Lisbon School District
Enhancing services across home, school, and community settings to help students develop social skills and emotional regulation, fostering a stronger sense of belonging and active engagement. Experiential learning initiatives focused on community and work help students with complex disabilities build transition skills for future employment and independent living.
Finding the Next Great Special Educators and the Infratstructure to Support Learning- Littleton School District
CMF Kids' support for the Special Education Teaching Residency Program has helped with the recruitment and retention of highly qualified educators working with students with disabilities. In addition, infrastructure enhancements have include upgraded playgrounds and specialized equipment for preschoolers to ensure safe, accessible, and inclusive early learning environments.
Playgrounds for Everyone and Opportunities for a New Generation of Educators - Manchester School District
Through CMF Kids, playground improvements at Bakersville and Gossler Park Elementary Schools ensure all students have access to safe, inclusive movement and play spaces that promote physical activity, social connection, and equitable participation. Additionally, CMF Kids has provided support for a Masters-level teaching fellow from St. Anselm’s College at Bakersville School to enhance instructional capacity.
Bringing the Love of Reading to All - Milan School District
This districtwide effort aims at strengthening reading competency for all students, including students with disabilities, by expanding high-quality, inclusive literacy instruction. This initiative emphasizes delivering reading support within the general education setting to promote equitable access, improved academic outcomes, and full participation in classroom learning.
Transformational Behavioral Supports - Nashua School District
This three-year initiative, in partnership with Lives in the Balance, focuses on the redesigning and strengthening of behavioral supports across all elementary schools within the Nashua school district. This collaborative, proactive approach equips educators with shared strategies to better understand student needs, reduce behavioral challenges, and create more supportive, inclusive learning environments.

CMF Kids has made targeted Investments in school infrastructure to enhance accessibility, includeing improvements to the nurse’s station to better support students with disabilities. Curriculum support includes Tier 3 reading interventions using the Bookworms program across two elementary schools and one middle school, alongside professional development for staff focused on writing instruction to enhance student learning outcomes.
Academics Meets Accessibility - Pittsfield School District
MF Kids has powered the creation of comprehensive curriculum improvements across all core areas for students with disabilities, paired with infrastructure upgrades to enhance accessibility, including playgrounds.
Additional professional development has strengthened staff knowledge and skills for implementation of these new academic gameplans, supporting an inclusive and effective classroom learning approach for elementary students with disabilities and beyond.
Reforging French Pond School for Students with Disabilities - SAU 23, led by Warren School District
This ambitious three-year infrastructure initiative will expand and renovate the French Pond School in Woodsville, NH, an alternative middle school program for students with disabilities. The expansion will increase classroom capacity, support the return of students from out-of-district placements, and strengthen academic, social, and emotional outcomes for learners with diverse needs.
Getting Ready for the Real World! - White Mountain Regional School District
THis CMF Kids project is geared towards strengthening behavioral supports for students with disabilities through a comprehensive paraprofessional training program leading to Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification. A focus on real-world, community-based transition programming seeks to fosters a successful movement into work, community life, and adulthood for students with disabilities.
