Spring and Extended School Year Adventures for All!

CMF Kids and Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country are teaming up to bring spring and summer recreational program to CMF Kids school partners for free!

Programming Options

  • Push-in programs and services
  • As part of physical education to access the general curriculum
  • Push-in stand-alone programs and services
  • After school programs and services
  • Community-based athlete scholarships

Examples of Types of Adaptive and Accessible Programs

  • Adaptive biking – Including “learn to bike” for preschoolers
  • Climbing
  • Hiking
  • Swimming
  • Kayaking
  • And more!

CMF Kids Adaptive Sports Partner awards are available for the spring season and extended school year. Complete the application below.

Upon receipt of an application for programming request, the application will be reviewed by Adaptive Sports Partners who will reach out to the school representative to gather additional intake information and host program design discussions.

Programs are offered at no cost to CMF Kids partnership districts!
