Crotched Mountain Foundation is pleased to accept a $1,500 grant from Eversource in support of Crotched Mountain Community Care (CMCC), which provides independent case management to low-income individuals with chronic illness and disabilities.
The Eversource Foundation grant allows Crotched Mountain to support emergency or critical needs that emerge in the daily lives of CMCC clients. These basic needs generally fall into four categories: oral health, medical equipment and repairs, home accessibility additions to allow the client to continue to live in the home, and emergency funds for unanticipated needs.
“We are incredibly grateful for this grant from Eversource Foundation,” said Kara Nickulas, Executive Director of Community Services for Crotched Mountain Foundation. “These funds can mean the world for the people we serve through Crotched Mountain Community Care.”
