Crotched Mountain Foundation has announced the appointment of David Blaiklock, PhD to its Board of Trustees. Blaiklock is a resident of Reston, Virginia and has over 25 years of experience in the field of education research and practice.
Blaiklock holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in education policy and currently serves as Supervisor of Research and Program Evaluation for Loudon County Public Schools in Ashburn, VA. He has previously held the positions of Vice President of Education Networks and Compliance for Gersh Autism and Head of Research for K12 Insight. Blaiklock has also served as both a special education practitioner and administrator.
