New Hampshire based family company to continue low-income housing complex
MANCHESTER, NH – Crotched Mountain Foundation (CMF) has entered into an agreement with a New Hampshire based company, 245 Main Street Manchester, LLC, to transfer ownership of the Courtyard Apartments in Manchester, by the end of June of this year.
CMF has owned and operated the Courtyard apartments for over 40 years. As a HUD-designated residential complex, Courtyard provides accessible and affordable housing to lower-income renters.
“We are grateful to 245 Main Street Manchester and its co-managers Joe and Jake Tamposi, who understand and are committed to continue the important service of Courtyard Apartments,” says Ned Olney, President and CEO of Crotched Mountain Foundation. “We are proud of the quality and dignified housing that we have provided for people living with disabilities over the past four decades. This transition to new ownership will ensure that the current residents of the Courtyard building will not be impacted.”
