Crotched Mountain Foundation Unveils New Strategic Roadmap

Exciting game plan charts a shared path to bigger impact and more changed lives

Crotched Mountain Foundation recently completed a comprehensive strategic planning process, culminating in the reveal of a new mission, vision and values that reflect the organization’s renewed focus on community-centric services

The new mission is “Creating opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and chronic conditions to live, learn, and thrive in their own communities.” This mission identifies the New England nonprofit’s identity and intended direction and encapsulates Crotched Mountain’s services, including the Crotched Mountain Community Care (CMCC) case management program serving adults with unique needs, as well as CMF Kids, the Foundation’s newest initiative that partners with disadvantaged communities to support the education of students with complex disabilities.

“Our new mission and vision build upon the near century of history and expertise of Crotched Mountain Foundation,” says Ned Olney, President and CEO of Crotched Mountain Foundation. “Today, and into the future, our new road map is rooted upon our history. It is critical to addressing the evolving challenges that the most vulnerable people in New Hampshire with disabilities and chronic conditions face to live, learn, and thrive as independent members of our community.”
